THE TRUTH ABOUT REFINED SUGAR Refined sugar comes from sugar cane or sugar beets, which are processed to extract the sugar. It is typically found as sucrose, which is the combination of glucose and fructose. We use white and brown sugars to sweeten cakes and cookies, coffee, cereal and even fruit. Food manufacturers add chemically produced sugar, typically high-fructose corn syrup, to foods and beverages, including crackers, flavored yogurt, tomato sauce and salad dressing. The fiber in fruit, found mainly in its skin, suppresses your appetite to prevent overeating and weight gain. Refined sugars use your body’s stored B-vitamins, calcium and magnesium for their digestion. Natural sugars are present in foods such as whole grains, vegetables and fruits, which already contain the needed nutrients for their digestion. Regular consumption of foods high in refined sugar will deplete B-vitamins, calcium and magnesium stores from your body. Heute vor 1. Jahr❤️ 2018 vs 2019 Winterzeit- Massenphase.📌 🔻 Im Jahre 2017 war ich im Sommer in der Best Form. Ende 2017 stand ich zwar trainiert da, doch deformiert.... Ich bin überglücklich und Stolz darauf, denn Entscheid am 03.01.2018 getroffen zu haben, wieder Voll Gas zu geben!🙏💯 🔻 Das war der Entscheid, der alles geändert hat!☝️ 🔻 Durch Fitness sind mir neue Wege aufgegangen, die mich heute genau zu den Türen führen, wovon ich immer fie Vision hatte! 🙌🙏 🔻 Nach diesen Sommer, als ich in der Definitionsphase war, ging es ab in die Massenphase. Die Massenphase wurde im Gegensatz zu 2017, nach Plan und mit Disziplin durchgeführt!💯☝️ 🔻 Die Disziplin täglich an sich selber zu arbeiten, hat mir genau gezeigt, was der Sinn und Zweck dahinter ist... Trevor and I try our best to keep no junk food in the house🙅🏼‍♀️ - You probably buy it and think you’ll just treat yourself here and there but the truth is you’ll most likely over do it. Both of us are very guilty of this and when you finish you just beat yourself up. Not worth it. - We reach for junk food when we’re feeling lazy because it’s quick and there. So if it’s not there you won’t eat it. I’m not gonna say “out of site out of mind” because it is definitely still on my mind! But like I said we want it most when we’re feeling lazy so it’s very unlikely you’ll go and pick it up. - I’m not gonna say it doesn’t suck. Cooking friday... In den nächsten drei Tagen müssen meine Liebsten tagsüber wieder ohne mich auskommen. Aus diesem Grunde ging's bei mir heute in der Küche wieder heiß her. Auf dem Speiseplan für meine zwei steht nun: Knoblauchcremesuppe mit Croutons und Rostbraten mit Speckbohnen und Kartoffelpürree oder Gemüsesuppe oder Brokkoli-Lachs-Gratin. Han escuchado hablar del Índice Glucémico (IG)??? Es la capacidad que posee un alimento de aumentar los niveles de azúcar en la sangre, por ende sólo los alimentos que tienen carbohidratos, tienen IG. Los carbohidratos con IG bajo (55 o menos) hacen que el azúcar en la sangre se eleve y luego baje lentamente en el tiempo, y, por otro lado, los alimentos con IG alto (mayor de 70), hacen que se eleve rápidamente la glicemia y luego baje también muy rápido. Porque les cuento ésto, primero porque no tiene nada de malo informarse y porque en general debiéramos tratar de elegir alimentos con IG bajo, que nos ayudan a mantener los niveles de glicemia, aumentan la saciedad, evitando excederse en consumo de otros alimentos y respetar horarios, pero también ayuda a reducir niveles de insulina, niveles de colesterol "malo" y mejorar los de colesterol "bueno", lo que nos ayuda en mantener nuestra salud y sentirnos con más energía. La segunda foto la amé, salen los IG de las harinas....ven que la harina de coco es lo máximo, no sólo son #glutenfree #singluten si no qué además son sin lugar a dudas más sanitas!!! La de almendras, garbanzo y quinoa también la llevan!!
