Here is one of my favorites ahead of tomorrow's warm weather in Melbourne 😊 . ⭐Raspberry Niceream⭐ 2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 4 fresh strawberries (can use frozen) 1/2 frozen peach 1 cup coconut milk . Place all in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Thats it!

Put the timer on for six minutes. * While the kumara is cooking, mix your dressing ingredients in a small jar. Seal it and shake until smooth and well combined. * When the timer goes off (the kumara should be just cooked), add the chopped spinach to the pan for 30 seconds to a minute, then drain everything in a colander. * Assemble kumara, spinach and black beans in a bowl. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over the top, pour over the dressing and devour. * Enjoy!😋👌

Kale is one of the healthiest and most nutritious plant foods in existence. So rich with Vitamin A,K,C,B6,Manganese,Calcium, Potassium, Copper,Magnesium,B1,B2,B3, iron & phosphorus. Wow!!! How I make the chips? 🔴Preheat oven to 180C 🔴 Get 1 bunch of kale -rinse under running water thoroughly. PIECZEŃ Z SELERA Z GRZANKAMI * 300 g starkowanego selera * 2 puszki białej fasoli * 1 jajko * 4 łyżki bułki tartej * 2 łyżki tahini * 2 łyżki oliwy * spora garść słonecznika * garść domowych grzanek * 1 1/2 łyżki suszonej cebuli * łyżeczka gałki muszkatołowej * sól do smaku Seler starkowałam na małych oczkach, fasolę zblendowałam na gładko. Połączyłam wszystko ze sobą, przy czym grzanki sypnęłam na samym końcu, jak już miałam gotową masę. Wtedy delikatnie je wmieszałam. Wrzuciłam do wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia foremki, posmarowałam po wierzchu oliwą, obłożyłam gałązkami świeżego tymianku. Z tym tymiankiem trzeba z wyczuciem, bo może zdominować smak. Wydawało mi się, że dałam mało, a mąż powiedział, że tak ze 2 gałązki mniej mogłam położyć🤔. Piekłam 50 minut w 200 stopniach, góra/dół. P.S. przez dodanie grzanek, z pasztetu - który planowałam zrobić, wyszła bardziej pieczeń. Zwarta i sycąca. Według mnie, nie jest to opcja do chleba (nie dodając grzanek - tak), a raczej propozycja obiadowa. Ja pokroiłam w 2 cm plastry i polałam sosem beszamelowym.
