Today I spent the evening at Reborn Obstacle Champion and I had a blast. We've reached level four and this level appeared to be right down my alley. Ninja course with 11 obstacles in quick succession and time being of the essence as a mean to push myself. I managed to set a really, really good time (my best friend @jesper.n.larsen right on my heels) and we snatched the two best times set so far. Next time, we both look to improve our times in this amazing and fun OCR competition. 💪 Really looking forward to learn more from Denmark's best if they're there next time, to see how and where we can improve. ✌ #ocr #ninja #obstacles #reborn #friends #movement #pushthelimits

Stuck in the mud! . . How your body feels after eating your body weight in chocolate...slow! . . What we fuel our bodies with has a massive affect on our energy output. . . If you put petrol into a car that takes diesel it may begin to chug and eventually cut out, our body reacts the same. . . Each morning we usually wake dehydrated. A glass of water before doing anything else with give you an instant lift. Dehydration massively affects our performance and energy levels. . . Focus on small manageable positive steps. Rather than trying to transform your life over night. . . Life is for living and balance. Nobody is perfect all of the time. Give yourself a break about what damage you did over the bank holiday. . . Focus on what steps you are going to adjust this week. . . Maybe keep a food diary, maybe focus on eating 5 portions of veg. Or drinking a litre or 2 of water, by following these steps you may find you will naturally be distracted from not so good choices. . . As soon as we label things bad some of us are naturally drawn to it. Instead focus on taking small positives steps that add up to massive steps. . . It’s totally normally to take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. It’s how we handle life obstacle that makes or breaks goals. . . It does get easier stick with it! 💪🏻

Gisteren redelijk intensieve duurtraining gehad. Naar zwembad lopen 14 km rustig duurtempo. 1,5 km zwemmen en 15 km terug in interval. Vandaag iets stijve kuit hierdoor. Dus gekozen voor de tacx. 2 uren interval in omwenteling en hartslag waarvan dik 30 minuten tegen de kramp vechten 🙃. 💪
