Patience • The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems and change without becoming annoyed or anxious. •••••••••• Snatch is something which I struggle with because of mobility problems in certain areas and various injuries but I still expect myself to be able to do more with the strength I have. Keeping patience when things go wrong is key to success. A mind that is not focused leads to more mistakes and therefore less patience, a bad cycle to be in.

A couple of weeks ago I got an accidental PR for my power snatch at 55kg. (Accidental due to my inability to add up the weight I have on the bar 😳🤫 at the time I thought I was lifting 50 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️). So today felt good when I hit 55kg for a power snatch in a 10 round complex 🏋🏻‍♀️🥰💪🏻. Missed the second part of the complex at this weight, however I’m okay with that as I easily matched my PR and that is my win! Second video is the second part of the complex: power snatch + 1 overhead squat at 52.5kg.
