V. wrong. 😬I like to call this the devils complex 👹🤘🏼 -Clean, front squat, jerk, repeat, and then repeat again for good measure at 60,70 and 3 @ 80% . Last week this complex crushed me and I didn’t finish one 80% set. This week I crushed the complex and finished alll working sets. It hurt real bad but It was worth it, I felt super accomplished after. This is the part of training where you have to learn to embrace the suck and to love the suffering. I think that’s what separates the good from the great. Understanding that allowing yourself to suffer a little will help you push past and break those mental limits you impose on yourself and help you to achieve whatever your goal is. I see and hear ALOT of griping and complaining from athletes in various sports about how hard their training is. Sorry but 1. No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to train. 2. Be quiet no one cares. 3. Be thankful that you have the health, ability and funds to be able to put yourself in that position in the first place. To sum it up: Stop complaining.
