Reality check! So, I recently discovered Photoshop and it all makes sense! Its easy to compare ourselves to "insta models" but half the time whatever we are looking at isn't even real! Look how i was able to bring in my waist in the first picture. It is subtle but even makes my quads pop more. I don't photoshop the photos on my page but I do use filters, lighting and angles to my advantage 😂. We all have flaws or things we don't like about ourselves so don't compare it to someone else's best! (Or fake) ✌🏻 #beyou #bereal #doyou #youareenough

They say you probably hate a lift because you’re bad at it and YOU KNOW WHAT?? Shoulder has been bothering me lately so playing around with bottoms up kettlebell presses. Worked up to a couple sets with the 60s. Left side is definitely less stable. You can the compensation in my trunk as I lose my centerline worse while pressing with my left. Right was far more stable even though I lost focus on my grip prior to lowering it back down. Kinda a combination of ideas I got from @dj84123 and @cliebenson and they definitely helped calm the shoulder down a bit. #firstprinciplesofmovement #bottomsup - - - #weightlifting #olympiclifting #olylifting

Here's a couple core excersises for rotation and stability. Abdominal muscles transfer power throughout your body. Train these muscles often and hard to improve your fitness. A strong core allows me to deadlift 405 lbs with no warmup and no belt.
