A lot of people ask me what is Calisthenics. Basically Calisthenics is utilizing your body weight to build muscle. There are many techniques to help you build muscle using your body weight. Such as the four basic exercises to start off with, push ups, pull ups, dips and squats. Those are just the four basics to start off with and with time you’ll develop strength and great endurance. When exercising in Calisthenics sets and reps are very important to get right. So your main focus is to increase your volume as each session goes by. Keep this up and you’ll gain some crazy strength and endurance. I'm doing #nodig growing method here, so cardboard was placed over the grassed area, and then a thick layer of horse manure was spread over the top. Quick warm up for the whole body! ⠀ You can do it before your strength workout to warm up your muscles, or as a little active break at the office. ⠀ Do each move for 30 seconds, that makes 1 round. 30 seconds rest between rounds. 2-5 rounds total. ⠀ 🔸Standing side reaches Make sure you keep your abs squeezed and stop if you feel pain. 🔸Torso swings Try to touch the floor with your hands. 🔸Kicks Kick as high as you can without leaning your body back. 🔸Standing side crunches Try to touch your knee with your elbow. 🔸Running in place.
