Bolo de Banana & Cacau na Frigideira 2 ovos 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de arroz 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de Amêndoa 2 colheres de sopa de linhaça moída 1 colheres de sopa de cacau 100% em pó 1 colher de café de fermento sem glúten 1 colher de café de canela em pó Podem colocar também 1 colher de sopa de mel... eu optei por não juntar... Misturei tudo com a ajuda de um garfo e,numa frigideira coloquei um pouco de manteiga para derreter (tipo untar)... Verti a massa para a frigideira e por cima cobri com rodelas de 1 banana... Tapei e em lume brando, aguardei 12 a 15minutos até ver que podia dar a volta... Aguardei outros 2 a 3 minutos e, bolo pronto... Com o tempo meio cinza, optei por colocar calda de cacau... Levei ao micro-ondas meia chávena de bebidas vegetal com 1 colher de sopa de cacau em pó, 1 colheres de sobremesa de fécula de batata e polvilhei com 1 pouco de café... 30 segundos e mexi bem antes de colocar a calda por cima do bolo. Bom lanche 😛🥮

KETO HERB BUTTER SALMON AND ASPARAGUS 🐟 🍀 - 😍 Tag Your Friends... - Ingredients 4 boneless skineless salmon fillets salt and pepper to taste 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed 1 lemon, thinly sliced, (plus additional wedges for garnish) 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning 3 teaspoons minced garlic fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish - Instructions Season salmon generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Arrange one salmon fillet and 1/4 of the asparagus in the center of one 12x12 inch piece of foil. Repeat with remaining salmon and asparagus on 3 other pieces of foil. Slide lemon slices under the salmon and asparagus. In a small bowl mix butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Drop large dollops of the herb butter on top of the salmon and asparagus. Fold the foil tightly around the salmon and asparagus, being sure to seal the ends together tightly so the juices and butter doesn't run out while cooking. Grill over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, OR bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until asparagus is tender and salmon is flaky. My form of self care this week was sitting in the Wendy’s parking lot eating this lunch in silence and unbothered while Raleigh slept in his car seat ✌🏼 Didn’t really want to spend money on fast food, but he fell asleep while I was in the Goodwill drive through dropping off everything I’ve purged the last two days (=a ton of work and I’m exhausted🤣) and there was a Wendy’s across the street. I was hungry. Remembered @keto_in_pearls posting about her super good meal from Wendy’s the other day and well... here we are 🤷🏼‍♀️ Except for my Caesar didn’t come with the Parmesan crisps! Just a bag of regular croutons. 😭 . This is the Grilled Avocado BLT Chicken sandwich with no bun and added pickles. They gave me the ranch that comes on the sandwich in a cup on the side so I just cut it all up and dipped it in with my fork!

Here is a lunch idea for tomorrow - Avocado Chicken Salad . . 🕓Total Time 45 minutes 🍴 Servings 4 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ Ingredients: ▫️4 Chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) ▫️1 tsp Chili powder ▫️1 tsp Cumin ▫️1 tsp Sea salt ▫️1 tbsp Avocado oil ▫️3 Avocado ▫️2 Tomatoes (small, diced) ▫️1/2 Red onion (diced) ▫️1 Lime (juice only) ▫️Sea salt and black pepper (to taste) 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ Instructions: ▫️Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. ▫️Arrange the chicken thighs in a glass baking dish. ▫️Season with chili powder, cumin and sea salt. ▫️Drizzle with oil. ▫️Add chicken to preheated oven and cook for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. ▫️Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks. Set aside to cool. (This can be done ahead of time) ▫️In a mixing bowl, add the avocado. Use the back of a fork to mash it slightly. You want some bits of avocado and some creamy. ▫️Add the tomato, onion, and lime juice. ▫️Add the chicken. Stir to combine. ▫️Season with sea salt and black pepper. EGG AND CHEESE QUICHE RECIPE FOR AND EGG FAST DIET - 😍Tag someone who would make it for you - Ingredients 8 ounces cheddar cheese grated and divided 12 large eggs 4 ounces cream cheese softened 12 tablespoons butter melted (I used unsalted) salt and pepper to taste optional . Instructions Dump all but about a half cup of the cheese into a 9.5-inch pie pan. . Add eggs and cream cheese to a food processor or blender. . Process eggs and cream while slowly pouring in melted butter. . Pour egg mixture over cheese in pie pan. . Sprinkle reserved grated cheese over top. . Bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes or until outside is set and middle is only a little jiggly. . Remove from oven and cool on rack for a few minutes before slicing.
