IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING ANXIETY TRY NOT TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE ARE THINKING | THEY DON'T KNOW . ✒@anxiety_wellbeing 🎨@exhaustedhedgehog . 🌱Worrying, stressing is a reason for you to be experiencing anxiety symptoms, & doing this constantly will mean your anxiety will feel constant, not your fault, here's some help out . 🌱It can be very hard when you're experiencing anxiety to be worried about how you will be recieved in public & the thought will have you feeling anxious, 0-100 in seconds. Heart pumping Thoughts scrambled Dizzy Blurred vision Feeling faint Etc everyone experiences in their own way . 🌱Know this one thing In this case We know the trigger It's the thoughts that, all of the above👆 will happen IT'S, THE THOUGHT that's making you feel scared and starting the stress responce all over again. . Tip 1. Know that the symptoms are anxiety, tell yourself this is the stress responce it will slow down soon if I keep focused and don't think scared. . Tip 2. Get comfortable with anxiety, 'I know I may get anxious but I've dealt will this before it won't last, I'll ride it out, I'll be ok, if I'm not scared the chances reduce & if it does I've got this it doesn't last long.' . Tip 3. Encourage yourself, 'you are not going to let fear take you down, I'm fearful because of stress responce, if I'm not scared of it l, it WILL either not happen at all or be a small one, I'm doing this whatever'. . Tip 4. Try not to worry about others thoughts, you have no idea what they're thinking at all, a funny look could he someone realising & worrying for you, but I guarantee you most people are in their own thoughts & arnt thinking about you. Keep focused, you know, you're doing Great, you've got this. Thinking about them is thinking scared again. . I am trying so hard to create a new space for myself. To break free of my negative thought cycle, to be a better, happier, kinder person. . I am trying to listen to myself and what I truly want. Saying no when I don’t want something & saying yes when I do. . Yesterday I set out with good intentions, but by the end of the day something flipped. All week I’ve been suppressing this angry, negative feeling.. I don’t know what it is or where it’s stemming from but it’s bitter. . I snapped on my family (we are on a family vaca) because of a dinner selection. I got so frustrated I almost cried. WTH? I didn’t understand where this was coming from but all I new was I was getting angry whether I wanted to or not. . I’m learning I’m an all or nothing kind of person. All the junk food vs. No junk food, exercising like crazy or sitting and binge watching netflix. Being extremly positive vs. Laying in my bed angry, stressed & frustrated. I struggle with balance & I struggle with allowing change. . I’m beginning to think that this pent up energy is a combination of my own self fighting with the growth I’m making & trying too hard to be Suzy Sunshine that I’m not honouring my true emotions. ::: It’s okay to have bad days and it’s okay to fine one minute and later your emotion changes. I don’t need to be one feeling all day all the time. 🌻
