Step 2️⃣: Slowly straighten out your elbows to push your upper back and shoulders up as far as your pain permits. It’s okay if this isn’t very high and your arms are bent. After holding for a few beats, come back down. Step 3️⃣: Keep going on your own pace for 60 seconds. Exhale while pressing up and inhale while lowering down. Quais implicações do exercício?? . 💡A Articulação do ombro possui aproximadamente 45 a 50° de amplitude de extensão (Kapandji, 2000).
