NEXT STEP : Being WORLDS TOP 20 female lifters -75kg raw/raw with wraps. All federations included and all lifters from IPF til 72kg too. May I’ll reach that with my next competition. If I‘ll get a total of 537.5kg @ 72kg bodyweight my wilks are about 525 points, that is currently place 20. Assuming I‘ll get a total of 547.5kg, than my wilks are about 535 points and I‘ll be at place 15 from all worlds female lifters so far in my weight class. Sounds nice 🙌 Motivate yourself and set your goals high! . Top 20 oder Top 15 von allen Frauen weltweit in meiner Gewichtsklasse zu sein.. das hat schon was. Und dann immer ein Tick höher. Darunter sind alle Verbände mit eingeschlossen und auch alle IPFler bis 72kg. Das könnte ich schon im nächsten WK erreichen oder dem Ganzen sehr nah kommen. Besonders ab Platz 15 hängen alle dicht aneinander, die Spitze setzt sich dann natürlich weit ab! Aber angenommen ich erreiche ein Total von 537.5kg @ 72kg, dann liegen meine Wilks Punkte bei 525 und ich wäre aktuell Platz 20. Wenn ich sogar 547.5kg schaffe, dann wäre ich die neue Top 15 mit 530 Punkten. Von allen weltweit weiblichen Wettkampfliftern! Und das ist erst der Anfang. Ich habe Ziele ja. Jeder sollte sich hohe Ziele setzen, sie bestimmen den Weg ♥️

415x2 505x 600x1 sleeves squats then 635x3 in wraps still have to open my hips up more and drive my knees forward a tad bit more to get in the hole. Here we go, openers ready. Same as my last meets, I’ll be signing off for the next few days. I take this time to pray, focus, and just be with the fam. The last couple times I’ve done this, mentally, have helped tremendously. A couple super huge shout outs, 1. to @king_the_kind for helping get my weight dialed in, this dude has been super gracious and knew exactly what I needed to change or add. 2. @the_monstermaker as usual has built me up, continued to push me, and given me all the work I’ve needed! 3. My amazing #sweetbeardman ,these last couple weeks have not been easy. We both work, we homeschool, training, training with coach, OT, etc. He’s the greatest teammate I’ve ever had, I’ve never felt alone or like this is “my goal” he wants this for me just as much as I want it for myself. Lastly, my little ladies! Man, they sure give me a run for my money, but they truly are the best kids in the world. This is the first comp they’ll get to watch LIVE, and they couldn’t be more excited! Every day they ask, “how many days til your competition?” I hope I make them the most proud this weekend! Finally back to the gym. Today was a time crunch workout since I missed yesterday’s workout. However, I was still able to get it done! This is what today’s workout consisted of: Bench Press 3 sets of 4-6 reps Deadlifts 3 sets of 4-6 reps Incline Cable Flye 3 sets of 10-12 reps Lat Pulldowns 3 sets of 10-12 reps T-bar Rows 3 sets of 10-12 reps Standing OH DB Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps Cable Lateral Raise w/ Face-pulls 3 sets of 8-12 reps Cable Curls/Tri Pushdown 3 sets of 6-8 reps DB curls/OH Tri Ext 3 sets of 8-12 reps Then some abs to finish off the workout Plank 3 sets of 1min Cross Knee Reach 3 sets of 10 reps/side This was the longest workout that I have ever had to do! Don’t worry, I’m gonna be eating like a vacuum and sleeping like a baby tonight. Keep Grinding Everyone! 🦍Safety Bar Split Squats🦍 I had no idea what a Safety Bar was untill I came to college. Tried one out for the first time with some split squats. The Bar itself weighs 65lbs. compared to a regular 45lbs. barbell. They are great for people who have very limited should mobility and having a barbell on their back is hard for them. They also help by relieving stress from the lower back and hips. If you ever see one of these in a gym or you have one in your own gym, I highly suggest trying them out!!
