Bulk went well. Definitely increased the size of the booty, but I also got some fat gain in my midsection, as always. Now just to lean out to improve the ratio. 👌🏻 • Girls often say that they want the stomach to get flatter as the booty gets fatter. I get a lot of questions about growing glutes while losing weight, but these two things don’t occur simultaneously. 🙅🏻‍♀️ • To gain more muscle in your glutes, which will increase your hip circumference over time, you need to be in a caloric surplus like any other mass building goal. Even slight surpluses produce a minimal amount of fat gain, especially over a prolonged period of time. 🥑 • To flatten your stomach, you need to lose body fat, therefore be in a caloric deficit. You will lose fat overall in this case, so you will lose some girth around your hips, as well. 🍑 • It takes years of work to get the desired waist-to-hip ratio most girls crave, but once you accept to be patient with it and appreciate your body for what it’s capable of doing. Just train hard and eat according to your goals and the results will come naturally. I personally never isolate my glutes, train legs 2x/week, and do no more than 5 exercises per session performed as heavy as I can go for a desired amount of reps. 🤷🏻‍♀️ • Where do you gain fat first? 🤰🏻

We’re the one who set change in motion ❣️ #doitforyourself FIRST OF ALL - thanks for all the kind words on last nights stories.. And for telling me about your own journeys! ❤️🙏🏼 4 years ago (not three hehe) since the first picture was taken. 4 years ago since I set some changes in motion that resulted in a completely new life. Ended bad contact with people who brought me down, started to eat well, train like a beast and focused on me and gettin me happy. . Today, 4 years later, I so happy. So strong and so proud of myself for never giving up, never letting go of the goal and go getting what I deserve. Life is to short to be unhappy, living in bad conditions with bad people and treating yourself poorly. . You deserve BETTER, you ARE better. But no one can give it to you, YOU need to go get it for yourself. That’s how we set changes in motion, by ourself for ourself. Cuz honestly guys, there will always be fake little bitches who wants you to fall and fail, always. So let’s show them the exit and let’s prove them wrong. Werbung, Hashtags | Weil ich mich (in 95% der Fälle) über die ❌✔ Bilder auf Instagram aufrege, wollte ich mal selbst eins machen 🙂. Sie scheinen ja unglaublich gut anzukommen und so habe ich die Chance, sie ein wenig auf mich und meine Sichtweise anzupassen. . . . So individuell wie das Individuum, fällt auch die Ausführung der Übung aus. Die "perfekte" Standweite, Griffweite, Knieposition, Fußstellung, Brücke beim Bankdrücken, Hüfthöhe beim Heben etc. ist für jeden Menschen anders. Das ändert auch die "perfekte" Abbildung im Lehrbuch nicht. . Demnach macht es wenig Sinn, einen Menschen mit all seinen Einzigartigkeiten, Problemen und nicht vorhandenen Symmetrien, in ein festes Konstrukt der Übung zu quetschen (egal, wie gut es gemeint ist). Viel sinnhafter finde ich es, die Übung auf die Person anzupassen. "Du bist aktuell noch zu unbeweglich in der Schulter, um beim Beugen eng zu greifen? - Greif weiter." "Deine Hüfte ist nicht beweglich genug, um beim Beugen/Heben weit zu stehen? - steh enger" "Du hast einen super langen Oberschenkel? - schieb die Knie bei der Beuge über die Zehenspitzen" usw. . Wichtig ist nicht, dass du beim Training dem Bild mit dem ✔ entsprichst. Wichtig ist, dass die Übung zu deiner Übung wird und irgendwann deinen eigenen ✔ bekommt. .
