And I'm sick 😁 I have such a huge cold sore right now, have the flu and it's my time of the month! 🤦‍♀️ It all happens at once, but I still dragged this butt to the gym yesterday for a back session.🏋️‍♂️ I promised myself I would do my full 5/7 days of gymming, as normal, to set myself up for my rest days over the weekend when I travel. It's a challenge right now, but I'm making time. . Clients often tell me that they struggle to find time to eat breakfast before work and/or they can't think of any easy options. . The answer…. eggs! If you like eggs, having two boiled eggs for breakfast can be so quick and easy. Paired with a handful of almonds and/or a banana, it is such a satisfying and nutritious breakfast. It is perfect for on the run. I literally smash two eggs in my gob as I am walking out the door LOL! . Another great options are eggs muffins, like these ✨Sweet Potato and Spinach Egg Muffins✨ . These are so delicious and easy to make. Again, they are perfect to take with you and eat when you get to work. You can find a link to the recipe in my bio. . Make a batch of boiled eggs or egg muffins on a Sunday and you are good to go for the week.👍 . I find that eating eggs for breakfast keeps me feeling full for WAY longer than if I just have toast or cereal. This is because eggs are an amazing source of protein and they give huge bang for their buck in terms of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. They are pretty much the perfect food!🥰 . Studies show that people that regularly eat eggs for breakfast maintain a healthy weight and those trying to lose weight, lose more weight over all when eating eggs for breakie. For me, switching to eggs rather than toast for breakfast, early on in my weight loss journey, did wonders. It really helped me to curb my mid-morning café run habit. . Try having some eggs for breakfast a couple of days this week and see how you feel throughout the morning! Hopefully you will notice how satisfying they are 😀 . Aimee x❤️🐢 . PS: The most up to date research shows that eggs do not cause high cholesterol. I wouldn’t eat six per day but having two for breakfast most mornings is totally fine and nutritious! Ingredientes: 🥞1/4 de taza de avena 🥞2 claras de huevo 🥞1/4 de scoop de proteína sabor chai (opcional, puedes agregar más claras) 🥞1 cdita. de chía 🥞Canela y stevia al gusto al gusto 🥞1/4 de taza de leche de almendra 🥞1/3 de taza de betabel 🥞10 almendras picadas 🥞Yogurt griego sin azúcar .
