By @sara.haven . 👉🏻 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey, 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. Every setback is an opportunity to grow. I’ve had my fair share of mistakes and failures in life. The vast majority of them were self inflicted wounds from my own selfishness. Realizing the harm that I was causing others from my actions was an extreme wake up call years ago. Working with those who truly care about me and mentored me through my own mess I was able to come out on the other side with the proper mindset. BTW - I am far from perfect, but rather a work in process!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ This past year has been hard on our family. Losing a job would’ve been catastrophic for the old me. I was defined by what I did. Proud and arrogant, with a fake humility. Over the years God has touched me so that my job, whether it be working for someone else or running our own businesses (yay us @fightertofit ), isn’t WHO I am, it’s just what I do. I have been blessedly humbled and love where I am today. I am a Son of the one true God, a disciple of Christ, husband and best friend to Bethany and CC/Gaga/Daddy to Alexis, Camryn, W & L. ⁣ ⁣ Without the hardships of my life I wouldn’t be here today, yet here I am excited for the future ahead of me and my family. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Amen and amen!
