Kale Quinoa Pesto Salad that’s a perfect main/side/snack. Basically the full package 🙌🏻⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 1. 1/2 cup quinoa ⁣ 2. 1 cup coconut milk (light) ⁣ 3. 3-4 cups of kale, chopped (I eyeball how much I use tbh)⁣ 4. 1 big onion, chopped⁣ 5. Handful of cherry tomatoes ⁣ ⁣ Pesto:⁣ 1. 2 cups cilantro⁣ 2. 1/2 cup raw cashews⁣ 3. 4 cloves garlic⁣ 4. 1/2 cup olive oil⁣ 5. 1/2 a lime, juiced⁣ 6. 1 cup water ⁣ 7. Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste and also optional)⁣ 8. Salt and pepper to taste ⁣ ⁣ Method:⁣ 1. Combine the coconut milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the quinoa and cover it for about 15 min till the water is absorbed. Fluff it with a fork once you remove it from the heat and then add the onion and then set aside.⁣ 2. Make the pesto by combining all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.⁣ 3. Wash the kale and then massage with salt for about 30 seconds. Then mix with the quinoa, pesto and cherry tomatoes. Try this recipe for lighter chicken cacciatore! Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 3 slices prosciutto, fat removed, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 sage sprigs 2 rosemary sprigs 4 skinless chicken breasts (550g total weight), preferably organic 150ml dry white wine 400g can plum tomatoes in natural juice 1 tbsp tomato purée 225g chestnut mushrooms, quartered or halved if large small handful chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve Instructions: 1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Tip in the prosciutto and fry for about 2 mins until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon, letting any fat drain back into the pan, and set aside. Put the onion, garlic and herbs in the pan and fry for 3-4 mins. 2. Spread the onion out in the pan, then lay the chicken breasts on top. Season with pepper and fry for 5 mins over a medium heat, turning the chicken once, until starting to brown on both sides and the onion is caramelising on the bottom of the pan. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate. Raise the heat, give it a quick stir and, when sizzling, pour in the wine and let it bubble for 2 mins to reduce slightly. 3. Lower the heat to medium, return the prosciutto to the pan, then stir in the tomatoes (breaking them up with your spoon), tomato purée and mushrooms. Spoon 4 tbsp of water into the empty tomato can, swirl it around, then pour it into the pan. Cover and simmer for 15-20 mins or until the sauce has thickened and reduced slightly, then return the chicken to the pan and cook, uncovered, for about 15 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. My top tip is to cook it in stock: so it absorbs lots of flavour 👊🏻 I add roasted butternut squash, cooked peas, shredded spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes... really whatever I have to hand. Easy kids food that’s filling and gets dinner on the table pronto 🙌🏻 . For the squash version, you need ~ 🌿4 tablespoons olive oil 🌿200g butternut squash, peeled and cubed 🌿1 onion, peeled and finely diced 🌿1 small garlic clove, peeled and whole 🌿300g orzo pasta 🌿800ml - 1litre no salt stock*, warmed through in a pan until hot, add more depending on the consistency you like

Werbung. . Guten Abend!! Nachdem ich mich in der heutigen Story etwas ausgekotzt habe möchte ich hier einen weniger kotzigen Inhalt darbieten - lediglich die Farbe kommt hin 😂🤢🤮 Bärlauch-Avocadobutter: 300g Avocado, 300g salzige Butter, 150g frischer Bärlauch (geht natürlich auch mit allen anderen Kräutern oder auch gemischt) , ein Schuss Zitronensaft und optional noch etwas mehr Salz und Pfeffer - das ganze einfach schön pürieren und dann im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren 🤤 Hat hervorragend auf mein Maedelkleines Mikrowellenbrötchen gepasst 😻 Rezept dazu: 15g @morenutrition.de neutrales Proteinpulver (-10% Maedelklein10), 15g Mandelmehl, 25g Kartoffelfasern, 5g Leinmehl, 5g Flohsamenschalen (oder 10g von einer Sorte...), 5-10g Dinkelkleie, 3g Backpulver und Brotgewürz oder HolyBolo etc nach Gusto @spice_bar 💚- diese trockenen Zutaten zunächst gut verrühren! Anschließend fügst du 50g Joghurt/ Quark / etc. , 1 EL Apfelessig und 175ml Wasser hinzu. Zügig und sorgfältig verrühren und dann in der Schüssel circa 5-6 Minuten mikrowellieren. Du solltest den „Schlüssel Biskuit“ durch eine leichte Drehbewegung auf der Oberfläche von der Schüssel lösen können und dann auf einen Teller stürzen und kurz abkühlen lassen, dann kannst du ihn schön aufschneiden wie ein Brötchen! Bei mir gab es dann noch ein Omelette aus drei Eiern dazu. Unschlagbar und eine wirkliche Herzensempfehlung ist übrigens der fermentierte KampotPfeffer von @spice_bar 💚 Leicht salzig, mild pfeffrig und sowohl weich als auch bissfest 😍 Spar dir 5€ mit spicymaedel oder geh in den nagelneuen physischen Store in BERLIN und teste dort 😍 Die Nähewerte mit 70g Avocadobutter insgesamt: 825kcal aus 52g Protein, 52g Fett und 14g Carbs 🤤 Sättigend wäre es auch ohne das Omlett gewesen (-225kcal und-18g Fett) 😋 Und nun: schönen Abend dir 🥰

I have never enjoyed eating couscous until I found giant couscous 🤤 This giant couscous salad is great for making in bulk or for serving to a group of pals! Couscous salad: -baby plum tomatoes (halves/quartered) -cucumber (small chunks) -spring onions -some fresh salad leaves, I like the baby leaf mix -pomegranate -add some crumbled feta if not vegan* 🌱 lots of salt pepper and extra virgin olive oil and make sure it’s all mixed in. Add a small amount of balsamic vinegar (1tbsp) and mix this through. Leave at room temp for 20 minutes or so and give it a stir before serving or box up. 🍴 Sweet potato fries have just been cooked in some olive oil with garlic and mixed herbs with chilli. 🌶

Dense, squidgy and delicious, this one’s a classic. Here’s what you need: ~ Ingredients: 2 eggs 3 ripe bananas, peeled 2 cups rolled oats 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup maple syrup ~ Method: 1.
