You know what else that tangerine Dijon vinaigrette was awesome on? EVERYTHING. These Asparagus, for example. I cooked them in ghee and then when I removed them from the heat I tossed them in the dressing and let them cool that way, just turning a couple times before serving. It was delicious, bright, and simple! Cook your asparagus any way you like. You could even serve it raw and chilled with this as a marinade for a quick pickle. Look no further than my recipe for One Pot Asian Garlic Noodles 🤤🍜 I made this last night for hubby and I after my spin class and had dinner on the table in under 30 minutes and that’s including thawing, peeling, and sautéing the prawns too! Większość osób które tak mówi po prostu nie zna bogactwa możliwości z jakimi wiążą się OMLETY 🤩. Wersja pełnotłusta, chuda, na słodko, na słono, z owocami, warzywami, serem, serkiem i kurczakiem. Pomysłów i kombinacji jest nieskończoność a w dzisiejszym poście spróbuję przedstawić jedną z nich 😅👌 🍓Składniki: •Jajko x1 •Białko jaj x2 •Miód 12g •Odżywka białkowa 30g (lub mąka/budyń) •Masło orzechowe 12g •Proszek do pieczenia 1/4 łyżeczki •Truskawki 40g •Sól •Słodzik (ewentualnie) 📃Przygotowanie: 1.Żółtka oddzielić od białek. Pozostałe dwa dać psu. Psy lubią... a potem Ben musi redukować 😅 2.Białka ubić na sztywną pianę z odrobiną soli. Żółtko wymieszać w osobnej misce wraz z odżywką, miodem i proszkiem do pieczenia. 3.Gdy białka są ubite delikatnie łączymy dwie masy by nie stracić pulchnosci białek. 4.Wylewamy masę na rozgrzaną patelnię (najlepiej posmarować tłuszczem w sprayu albo sposób na ręcznik papierowy 😉), dodajemy truskawki, przykrywamy i trzymamy na średnim ogniu około 5/7 minut. Tomatoes are lit. This beautiful ingredient is rich in lycopene which is an antioxidant linked to health benefits like reducing the risk of heart disease as well cancers. It's also a source of: •Vitamin K (plays a role in blood-clotting) •Folate (help prevent birth defects) •Vitamin C (a major player in producing collagen) •Vitamin A (aids in the creating & maintaining white blood cells, immune system, soft tissue) •Potassium (supports blood pressure, bone & muscle strength) I use tomato products a-lot - whether cherry tomatoes in salads, or tomato sauce/paste in sauces - you're sure to see a-lot of 🍅.😁 This week I made a salsa verde (recipe on last slide). The difference between green tomato and tomatillo is that green tomatoes ripen to become red. Tomatillo is a small Mexican fruit that can turn yellow or purple when ripe. Eaten raw its very acidic, but cooked makes a sweeter flavour- it's often used in salsas and other sauces. Cheap and easy weeknight meal in under 30 minutes. A more light summery pasta vs a traditional marinara sauce. Under $3 per serving! Pairs well with a white wine. Ingredients (serves 4): • 16 oz anelli siciliani dry pasta • 1 zucchini • 1 onion • 1 tomato • 1 lemon • 3 tbsp eevo • salt, pepper, garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and Italian seasoning to taste Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to directions. 2. Cut up veggies and sautée in 1 tbsp eevo until lightly browned. 3. Drain pasta. Add 2 tbsp eevo, veggies, and the juice from 1/2 lemon. 4. Nella sua semplicità ho adorato questo mix di sapori che se non avete mai provato vi consiglio assolutamente di mettere insieme! Ho usato i fusilli di ceci @feliciaglutenfree cosicché il piatto non fosse eccessivamente sbilanciato ma fidatevi che è stata mantenuta tutta la bontà di pasta&patate 😍 Non metto dosi perché sono ovviamente relative, ma solo gli ingredienti: • fusilli di ceci @feliciaglutenfree • pesto di basilico • patata a cubetti (da cuocere insieme alla pasta) • pomodori datterini • una grattugiata di grana Provate e fatemi sapere! . . . 🇬🇧 And so its terribly hot again but I can’t say no to pasta anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you don’t want to sweat on your bowl, you just have to make a pasta salad 💁🏻‍♀️ If you never tried this combo I genuinely suggest you to do so, it’s so simple but oh so good! 🇮🇳 Indian Basics 2 🍛 Das perfekte Menü 🍞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Naan-Brot ist einfach fantastisch! Aber was passt dazu? Wir haben ein perfektes Menü gebastelt, was einerseits total einfach ist, schnell geht, aber auch mega lecker schmeckt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Und wer indische Küche liebt, kennt bestimmt auch diesen leicht sauren, aber milden Käse, der immer wieder seinen Weg in Gerichte findet: Panir. Das besondere bei diesem Käse ist, dass er leicht selbst gemacht werden kann. Und wieder einmal ist die pflanzliche Variante genauso easy. Pflanzenmilch wird kurz aufgekocht und Zitronensaft hinzugegeben. Das ganze gerinnt und wird durch ein Tuch gedrückt. Die feste Masse ist dann der Panir. Man kann den Formen, anbraten oder einfach in ein Curry bröseln. Das neutralisiert etwas die Schärfe, gibt aber auch eine andere Textur. 🤟 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Teil 3 wird euch dann die perfekte Basis für ein Curry geben :) Nach Teil 3 der Reihe veröffentlichen wir übrigens auch die Rezepte auf unserem Blog. Aber was ist denn mit einem Dessert? Vielleicht müssen wir einen Teil 4 dranhängen - dafür brauchen wir dann euren input :) 💌
