We got to watch the youngest reel in his first fish ever and the way his face lit up will never leave my memory 😍 . Pat filets dry and lightly cover in @zatarains Blackened Seasoning. Coat in yellow mustard, then toss in a ratio of 3/4 cornmeal to 1/4 white flour. This is the yummiest crispiest lightest Navajo Fry Bread I’ve made! Mmmmm! Want the recipe? Ok here you go. Navajo Fry Bread 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup warm water 3 cups oil, for frying In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the warm water and mix using a fork until a dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, then transfer to a clean bowl and cover tightly in plastic wrap. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal sections by pinching off golf-ball sized balls of dough, then pat and roll out the dough balls into roughly 6-inch discs on a lightly floured surface. Keep them covered with plastic wrap while you prepare to fry them. Heat 3 cups of oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the oil temperature reaches between 350 and 360 degrees F. Working in batches, fry each disc in the hot oil until the dough is golden brown on one side, then carefully flip with tongs and fry on the other side. Set on a paper towel to drain oil and stick in a warm oven to stay hot while the other fry bread is cooked. Top with taco meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, beans, tomatoes, lettuce and salsa. ¿Tienes ganas de comer algo diferente?😊🍴 Puedes preparar esta deliciosa receta de pollo a la naranja🍗🍊, un plato deliciosos y saludable, típico de China 🇨🇳 . Ingredientes para 4 personas: ✔️4 pechugas de pollo 🍗 ✔️2 cebollas🌰 ✔️4 naranjas🍊 ✔️2 cucharadas de salsa de soya ✔️2 dientes de ajo ✔️1 chorrito de vinagre ✔️1 cucharada de azúcar ✔️2 cucharadas de maizena ✔️Sal y pimienta ✔️Aceite de oliva . Preparación 👩‍🍳 . 1️⃣ Prepara la salsa🍲 Para ello, exprime las naranjas en un bol🍊 Añade la salsa de soya, los dientes de ajo picados, el chorrito de vinagre, el azúcar, la maizena, un poco de sal y de pimienta negra recién molida. Puedes añadir aquí el pollo🍗 y dejarlo macerar durante una hora o, puedes pasar directamente al siguiente paso. . 2️⃣ En una sartén a fuego medio,🥘 añade un chorrito de aceite. Cuando esté caliente coloca la cebolla picada muy finamente. Colócale sal y pimienta y déjalo cocinar 5 minutos, mientras remueves de vez en cuando con una cuchara de palo. . 3️⃣ Pasado el tiempo, sube la potencia del fuego y añade las pechugas de pollo🍗, previamente cortadas en tamaño de bocado y salpimentadas. Mezcla con la cebolla🌰 y cierra el sarten por 5 min🕗 . 4️⃣ Hecho esto, añade la salsa que preparaste al principio. Baja la potencia del fuego🔥 y cocinalo a fuego lento, con agitación lenta y constante. La salsa irá reduciéndose un poco mientras también se va espesando por efecto de la maizena. Spice things up in the morning 😏 Ingredients - Characters 1 Toast For Caramelized Bananas 1 banana, thinly sliced 1-2 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tbsp vegan butter For Spicy Peanut Butter 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 large garlic clove, minced 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp water For Garnish Parsley Chives Method - Tale 1. Coat bananas in maple syrup. In a small sauce pan, add vegan butter on low medium heat. Once melted add bananas/ maple syrup. Cook until slightly browned 2. In the meantime, get a blender out, blend the the ingredients for spicy peanut butter until fully blended 3. On a piece of toast, add the spicy peanut butter and caramelized bananas.
