Try this! One of my favorite movements to strengthen your core while enhancing your hip and leg flexibility at the same time. The kettlebell windmill will require full body coordination...consider this a total body optimizer! In the 2nd clip my focus was to keep my hips and shoulders square and press as I descended into my reverse Lunge while simultaneously keeping my knee from resting/touching the floor. I see improvement but I also see where I can continue to get better. 30 lb home made gada. One arm 'ground pull' 10 2 swings. This isn't fancy, this is an elevation of basic technique. When your body understands the movement, you can begin to execute it outside of normal situations. I am always looking for ways to challenge my ability to control the gada. Stabilizing & Mobilizing Joints by “Strength in Rotations” This took me a while to get into, as I am bringing more Joint Restorative Strength Training to add to the Viking Ninja Mindful Mechanics archives. The flooring is hard rubber, but I’m still able to make these movements happen through Mindful Mechanics, rather than tearing my skin or joints. I move towards a safer way, more efficient way to make patterns like this effective. There are definitely scalable levels to it all so, everyone can do it and free their bodies from built up tension.
