MUSCLE EXERCISES by @jmaxfitness - Save this post if you want to build muscle. - These exercises should be the foundation of your muscle building routine. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you will always use these exercises to build muscle. - All of these exercises are compound movements. Save this post if you want to build muscle in your upper body. - This is my go-to upper body workout for mass. - In fact, I can safely say that this is my most productive upper body workout, and I've been using it for the past 10 years. - It's super simple: do 2 heavy all out sets for each exercise. Here's how I do it: - Do 2 warm-up sets (50% and 70% of working weight). - Do 1 all-out set and try to hit a PR in the 6-8 rep range. - Take off 10% of your PR weight and do another set of as many reps as possible (this is your second working set). - Rest 3 min between all sets. - It's super simple, and over time, you'll get stronger in each exercise, thus building more muscle. - If someone you know is trying to build their upper body, then send them here. - #muscle #upperbodyworkout #upperbodystrength #dorianyates #bodybuilding #workouteveryday #benchpress #row #militarypress #chinup
