Well whenever you’re under elastic tension you get strength gains in your core. Your body is fighting to keep you standing upright by withstanding the force pulling it towards where you’ve anchored the ropes. These videos show you the easiest ways to strengthen your chest, back, glutes, hips and legs 👆👆👆👆👆👆 Use 2 ropes when connecting yourself to the harness, take a couple steps away from the anchor point and hey presto! 🔥🔥 I used a resistance pyramid condition for the theme of this workout. That means you start off at a lower resistance and you increase it each set until you get to your goal or maximum point. From there you work your way back down to your starting point. If you want to change which muscles you want to focus on or you want to target your front, back or either side. All you need to do is change your body position in relation to the anchor point. Simple! 👌👌 All this may sound great but you might have no idea how to put it into practice 🤔🤔 If so then join us at our next GUN-EX course in your region!!
