Never lose control of the powerhouse, so the muscles of your back become stronger and more flexible. I started made a simple bridge, Shoulder down on the mat. Lo primero de todo, disculparme por estas semanas atrás no subir ejercicios para la condromalacia, hasta finales de este mes voy a estar un poco ocupada..., pero prometo que a partir de Octubre, volveré para ayudarte como cada Jueves!! De momento hoy te dejo un trabajo muy sencillo para fortalecer cuadriceps e isquiotibiales. 🍃TIPS: Lo primero de todo, dale peso a tu sacro, la pierna que está en movimiento, alárgala todo lo que puedas como si quisieras sacarla de la cadera y estira tu rodilla activando el cuadriceps. El pie de apoyo, está presionando el suelo, sentirse como se activa tu gluteo y tu isquio. Mantén esta presión hacia el suelo durante todo el ejercicio, sobre todo cuando estás en el puente sobre hombros. * * ▫️Repeticiones: 3 series de 10 repeticiones. Con cada pierna, tanto con el glúteo apoyado en el suelo, como en el puente sobre hombros. Shoulder Bridge + fitness circle. Glutes - Abductors - Obliques - Hamstrings - Alignment Balance - Spine mobility - Hip flexors opening. ——- On your back. Neutral position. Lift your hips (square) heels up, then sequentially articulate your spine creating lots of space between your vertebrae, engaging your glutes to keep your pubic bone high and flow through the imprint position back to neutral pelvis exhaling. ——- Keep your Transversus and pelvic floor engaged to support the mobility of your back. Take it slow. Breathe deep. Visualize your spine articulation. And enjoy the stretch in your posterior chain. 😊 ——- Watch your shoulder mobility (and chest stability) to have those arms extended by your ears, can bring them up to the ceiling or rested on the ground instead. Any exercise should be checked by a certified Pilates instructor before you practice on your own. ❤️

💛💛The shoulder bridge... . . A class is incomplete without it in my humble opinion! . . Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on floor. Keep feet and knees hip width apart. . . Find neutral spine - this should create a small gap between the lower back and the floor. . . Breathe in to prepare for movement and then on your exhale tilt the pelvis back, pushing your lower spine into the floor. Continue lifting your spine off the floor one vertebrae at a time. . . Finish in a nice diagonal line with just your shoulders and feet on the floor - make sure your knees don’t fall apart, keep them at hip width. . . Breathe in when in this top position and enjoy the stretch across the front of the body as you squeeze and strengthen the glutes. . . Then slowly return your spine to the floor as you breathe out again, feeling each vertebrae reconnect with the floor one at a time. . . Then inhale as you return to neutral pelvis, check that your shoulders haven’t crept up towards your ears and prepare to start lifting the glutes and spine again on your next exhale.... . . . Repeat as many times as feels good 🤗 . . There are so many wonderful variations to add to this gorgeous exercise, feel free to experiment! . . As always, work WITH your body, not against it. Never strain or push, just flow and stretch... trust your own instincts and enjoy the movement that your own body allows you to do 💛💛 . . #pilates #shoulderbridge #movement

Y digo principalmente porque estamos realizando un #shoulderbridge en el cual se trabaja toda la cadena posterior y en la parte en la que estiramos la pierna, también hay una activación del cuadriceps alargando desde el talón. 🍃Tips: Dale peso a tus brazos y a tus hombros. Cuando eleves la cadera, deja el mismo peso en el pie de apoyo y en el del #softball .
