Here is a shoulder workout I did last Thursday. 4x8-10 DB shoulder press. 4x10-15 DB seated lateral raises. 4x8-12 cable lateral raises. 4x10-15 DB seated reverse flies. A superset of 4x10-20 DB standing reverse flies 4x6-12 DB seated lateral raises with a slight lean forward with a focus on squeezing my traps.
