Bole beda jenis olahraga, bisa juga sama. Pokoknya tetep gerak. Biasanya nantinya lama2 otot2nya lemes dan ga sakit lagi. Kalau abis olahraga berasa sakit atau pegel, terus kita malah mager, malah makin sakit badannya. I find this #crunch, the hanging crunch, to be far more difficult than the typical #situp. (There’s probably a gritty hashtag like #achallengeaday or #allworkandnoplay I could insert here, but I won’t.) Aaaaaanyway, #climbing trees resulted in a lot of #inverted movement for early humans, so we developed a strong #core and inner-ear #equilibrium to keep us balanced and secure during acrobatic movements like these. Doing them in the gym improves full-body #fitness, and because these movements are based on #evolution, they’re typically better for the joints than other exercises!

When interviewing and networking it is important to be able to switch from your casual tone, vocabulary, and demeanor into your professional tone, vocabulary, and demeanor. This doesn't mean that you turn into a robot. Instead you control the cadence of your voice, mellow the tone of your voice, smile, and speak utilizing the language of a corporate office. Remember to sit up straight and hold your shoulders back to exemplify a professional demeanor. Often times you are not familair with your audience prior to your interaction so its important to provide a polished and consistent representation of yourself. This will prevent your interviewer from judging you harshly before getting a chance to hear your pitch. Professionalism will be an expectation. So rise to the occasion.
