Happy Monday! New week. New goals. When I saw today’s workout, I DID NOT WANT TO DO IT‼️ (1000 rep challenge😒). I put on my big girl panties, shook the negative thoughts out of my head, and got to work. I completed 620 reps in the allotted time. Super frustrating, but I’m not sure how I could have done more. It’s still a struggle not to compare myself to others - especially on a day like today, but I really feel like I gave it my best effort and my best effort doesn’t look like the next person’s best effort. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Ok, pity party over. Tomorrow’s a new day. ✨

It finally took a friend who asked me to run a 5k and half marathon with her for me to start running again. Y’all, running anything over a 5k was something I thought I could NEVER do. EVER!
