Lo squat è un esercizio che sviluppa gli arti inferiori. Una corretta esecuzione richiede sinergia tra numerosi gruppi muscolari, ognuno dei quali si rilassa e si contrae in specifiche fasi del movimento. Eseguire correttamentebuno squat non è per nulla facile; serve una buona mobilità articolare e consapevolezza del proprio corpo nello spazio. Gli infortuni più frequenti che si verificano nel caso si esegua uno squat sbagliato sono alle ginocchia e schiena. Quindi MOLTA attenzione.Affidatevi sempre ad un esperto! Ricorda di posizionare il bilanciere sulla rastrelliera ad un altezza di circa dieci centimetri più bassa rispetto alle spalle per evitare di salire sulle punte per staccare il bilancere. Punti solidi: la presa deve essere più larga delle spalle, le scapole sono addotte (o chiuse o petto in fuori), le ginocchia non devono cadere eccessivamente avanti (se superano la punta del ginocchio di POCO va bene ugualmente) e mai all'interno (medialmente), il tuo peso dev'essere distribuito in entrambi gli arti inferiori, tenere gli addominali, le punte dei piedi sono rotuate verso l'esterno di circa 30° a una larghezza circa delle spalle, una volta effettuato il piegamento immaginate di schiacciare con tutta la forza che avete il pavimento, il vostro peso deve cadere al centrp del piede.... Queste sono linee giuda eppure ci sarebbe da dire e precisare ancora un sacco di cose.
