405 lb conventional in 1 month with 1 easy step... Just eat as many calories as possible.. Mass really does move mass. Realizing falling off of my nutrition halts gains almost 100%. Going to get back on meal prepping this week so that I can keep it up. I’ve done prepping before, but fell off after a month because of all the time it took - this time I’m trying a different approach where I have everything frozen and microwave ready. Squats from this morning. Took longer than normal because I did a couple walkouts and holds with 485lbs to start to get the feeling of heavy weights on my back and make sure my bracing is working. So on the left it has to be August something this is her first time doing front squats as you can see her face she is very uncomfortable doing it. And I’m very impressed she pulled 145 lbs of her max that day and her form wasn’t that bad but I was working on her form and it fixed already and you can see the speed on left and right same weight the left side she was struggling a lil bit and the right side you can see how fast it was going so now I know that her weight has been increased and I can’t wait for her new 1 rep max and oh yeah the right side is October something keep working hard and keep on grinding we have so many goals and never give up and think how far you have come good job I’m very proud of you and you know that
