Many people start, but after a while they stop, then start over again and so they are; which I understand is not all bad because it does not give up and you move on. So I bring 4 steps to make it easy for you to start training: - 1 Set a Goal🏃🏻‍♂️: you can do as easy as jogging for 15 min and every day increase 5min; You can also be more specific as having a routine in one place and at a special time; You can also set a measurable goal, that is, a goal that lets you know whether or not you have reached it. Examples: Run 15 minutes. Do 3 sets of 10 pushups. - 2 Have a daily record📔: with this what we are looking for is that having the habit of registering each training so you will see how to process and get more motivation. - 3 Use of Social Networks📱: it will sound very strange, but, I think it may be important for you to teach others and yourself the process through which you are going and so you can encourage yourself to continue training - 4 Use All the Motivation you have and even more: we know that the first 3 steps are very necessary to create a habit, in case it doesn't work for you at the beginning DON'T GIVE UP; just re-engage in what you want and place new challenges that lead to a reward at the end every week, for example: Everyone needs their Cheat Meal, right? Muchas personas empiezan, pero luego de un tiempo para, luego vuelven a comenzar de nuevo y asi estan; lo cual entiendo no está del todo mal porque no te rinde y sigues adelante. Most good jumpers will see at least a 4 inch difference between the two, sometimes even more‼️⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 💥Intuition is the key here. Most great jumpers intuitively apply these mechanics without even thinking about it from an early age. Most probably never noticed what made them jump high, their bodies naturally adapt to what feels right rep after rep. (2016) found a 38% increase in jump height when using the CM arm swing compared to no arm swing. This is the extreme of course while most people are somewhere in between arms at ear level and by their pockets. Of course there are several instances where we will have a ball in our hands and unable to get to this position.
