Usei uma xícara de 200ml como medidor ➡️4 xícaras de água ➡️1 xícara de óleo ➡️4 xícaras de farinha de trigo (pode ser farinha de trigo comum, integral, ou metade de cada) EU ACRECEBTEI 1/4 DE FARINHA DE LINHAÇA, COMENTANDO A QUANTIDADE TOTAL DE FARINHA. ➡️1 colher de sobremesa cheia de fermento químico ➡️1 colher de sobremesa rasa de sal . Como fazer: colocar primeiro os ingredientes líquidos no liquidificador para a farinha não grudar nos cantos, depois acrescentar os secos. Bater todos os ingredientes juntos até ficar homogêneo. Colocar uma quantidade pequena de massa em uma frigideira antiaderente, mover a frigideira para espalhar a massa e dourar a seu gosto dos dois lados. Some of you have asked where to find vegetarian/vegan asian food. One of my go to is @bodhivietvegan. They serve Vietnamese vegan dishes, even dessert and drinks. This food truck is run by volunteers and all proceeds go to the temple. 📸 Bodhi Spicy Hue Style. If you ask me if it tasted like Bun Bo Hue ( Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) , I’d say no. Is it tasty? Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet and roast them dry for 30 mins, shaking them around a bit. Mix together the almond flour and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil. Add the almond flour mixture and coats the beans. I’ve taken quite the hiatus from here but now that I’m all moved in and starting to settle into my new life I’m back!! My life has changed so much in the last month and it’s been an adjustment for sure but keeping my eating consistent and food choices the same it has definitely helped me adjust and find comfort amidst it all. Every day. Even the weekends. - Wait... you workout? Bump that up a few servings. Oh, you want to improve your health, too? Add a few more. Pregnant? More. - Okay now, make sure the fruits and vegetables you choose to buy are of a wide variety. Time to search for elderberries, beets and currants at your local grocery store! Ps, hope your budget includes a big grocery bill. - Got them? Okay, now wash, chop, prepare and store all your freshly bought produce. But wait! Don’t throw away the peels, stems, pits and skin—there’s nutrients in there! Find a way to work those in too. - Wait what? You didn’t buy organic....?” • Are you as overwhelmed as me? 😂 • Eating for your health can get overwhelming, expensive and ridiculous sounding. Homemade granola can be a healthy, comforting, and delicious treat. Most of the store-bought stuff is high in sugar, contains unhealthy fats and oils, and is packed full of fillers and unnecessary ingredients 😊 . . INGREDIENTS 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (if gluten-free, purchase GF oats) 1 cup raw pecans, quartered 1/4 cup coconut sugar, packed 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds . . . 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup agave syrup (or sub maple syrup) 1/2 tsp salt . . . 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional) . . directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Add all dry ingredients (except dried fruit) to a large bowl, mixing to combine. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Coconut oil, agave syrup and salt until well combined. Add to the dry ingredients and stir to incorporate. Evenly distribute over a large cookie sheet or glass casserole dish, lined with baking paper, and place in the oven. Remove from oven and stir every 10-15 minutes to avoid burning and to ensure even browning. Once lightly golden brown remove from the oven and allow to cool, about 40 minutes. Note: the muesli will harden as it cools. Once cooled, add dried fruit and chia seeds and stir to combine.
