First making the dough: 1 cup warm water 2 cups of all purpose flour Mix the ingredients until getting a non sticky dough. Wait half an hour to rest. 1 Chinese cabbage 1 Carrot 2 spring onion sticks 60gram Shi-take mushrooms Ginger Garlic Soya sous Sesam oil Cut the cabbage and add some salt. Mix it with your hands and squeeze the water out. And mix the shredded carrot and small rings of spring onions. Add small chunks of Shi-take mushrooms. Add the vegetable mixture to the pan with sesam oil ginger and garlic in it. After the mixture is cooked add the soya sous to taste. Add salt and pepper. When the mixture is getting cold, make small round pieces with a help of a glass or a cookie cutter from the dough. Fill them with the vegetable mix. Shape them with your favorite dumpling look. Rest it in the fridge at least an hour. Steam/boil or fry them. Serve with a mixture of soya sous and sesam oil. 👍
