395 pounds on the squat while using the resistance band in the video, and have been doing really well in this powerlifting cycle. 4 weeks in to my 12 week workouy. It has been 1 year and 6 months in the gym really focusing and being on top of the lifestyle. I hope that the future will show great progress and allow me to continue without injury and stay in good health. 72lb PR total today for @tiny_titan_mike via a 29lb squat PR, 32lb bench PR and an 11lb deadlift PR with more in the tank on deads. In the 28 weeks we have worked together his lifts have went from 287 to 336 to 365 on squat, 256 to 264 to 295 on bench and 360 to 413 to 424 on deadlift! 78lbs on his squat. 39lbs on his bench. 64lbs on his deadlift. 181lbs on his TOTAL! SAME WEIGHT CLASS NTBFW training systems baby! Great job Mike. Mike had a hard prep outside the gym, a hard weight cut, made the 4 kilo cut with only 2 hour weigh ins, managed to get ALL HIS WEIGHT BACK via basic cutting and rehydrating techniques, and went 9 for 9! Hösten bjöd på halvdålig träning, dålig sömn och en platå i viktminskningen. Efter nyår låg jag kvar på 125kg men i januari rusade jag upp till 128kg. Att gå upp i vikt när man kämpat så hårt för att gå ner är tufft psykiskt och det blev inte bättre av att det kändes omöjligt att gå ner igen, men efter ett par veckors slit så började vågen röra sig igen och nu känns det realistiskt att kunna nå -120kg innan serie2! . Bänkpress: 4x10 uppvärmning 1x10x75kg 3x10x85kg(📽3 set3) 2x10x75kg [4.80 ton] Marklyft: 4x6 uppvärmning 2x3x120kg 1x2x140kg(📽2) 1x1x150kg(Fail på rep2) 1x3x120kg [1.51 ton] Antal arbetsset: 11 Antal lyft: 72 Medelvikt: 87.6 kg Total vikt: 6310 kg #styrkelabbetapp . As excited as I am to go, I know I could have looked better which for me correlates to my personal confidence. So I am going to work my ass off to try to cut a little more off through out this week.
