Well I’ve never tried one of these before! I’m working out at a new gym a day or two per week while I’m traveling for work. I think this is going to be one of my new favorite movements. I need to scoot down a little bit more so my hips can fully hinge around the bench and work on not swinging. If you have one of these at your gym - use it!!
