Cauliflower pizza crust is all the rage, but some of the recipes I found were incredibly time consuming & labor intensive 😩 That's just not happening for me 🙈 So I played around with it and discovered an incredibly easy (and in my opinion very delicious) way to make cauliflower pizza in minutes (no cheese cloth needed 😜🙌) & only 68 calories per slice!! Scroll down for the recipe 👇 . . INGREDIENTS 1 head cauliflower 4 large eggs 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 pinch minced garlic 1 pinch basil 1 pinch oregano 1 pinch salt & pepper . DIRECTIONS Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it looks like small grains of rice. . Microwave in a large bowl for about five minutes to steam. Allow to cool and add in seasonings, eggs, and one half cheese. . Divide mixture into two servings and spread out evenly onto lightly greased baking sheets (or parchment paper). . Bake at 450 F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm. . Top with remaining cheese (add sauce if desired) and bake for 3-5 minutes until sauce melts. Serve warm and enjoy! . Hier tausche ich liebend gerne ein paar kcal gegen Qualitytime und beidseitiges Glück. Die Berliner, Kekse und Pralinen habe ich dann aber doch abgelehnt, was dann auch auf Verständnis stieß (Du musst ja bis zur Hochzeit auch noch etwas abnehmen! Und ich weiß, das ist nicht leicht, weil du gerne isst). Ich liebe meine Omi❤️sehr❤️😍. #whatiateinaday 1369kcal.A bite over the budget, thanks to the morning roll (child, no breakfast is not possible here!), the freshly squeezed juice (your hair is so thin, you need vitamins) and the eggnog in the evening (Good for digestion). Here I love to exchange a few kcal for quality time and mutual happiness. The Berliners, biscuits and chocolates, I rejected nevertheless , which then also met grandmas understanding (you have to lose some weight until the wedding and I know that's not easy, because you like to eat). I love my Granny❤️much❤️😍.

Low carb diet day 10: Yesterday I felt discouraged because there was no weight loss for a few days😑. Between getting a period and drinking tequila at night, I was just getting bloated. Then this morning I saw I lost 1.5 lbs, so now the total weight loss in 10 days is 5.5 lbs🎉. If you don't drink alcohol like I do, you should lose even more weight😅. 1 more week to go!!!
