Kształtowanie sylwetki dzielimy na okres redukcji i masy. Redukcja, czyli spalanie tkanki tłuszczowej, kiedy mamy nieco mniej kcal niż nasze zapotrzebowanie, a masa to okres budowy masy mięśniowej. Wówczas jesteśmy na dodatnim bilansie kalorycznym, po to abyśmy mieli z czego zbudować te mięśnie 💪 I powiem Wam szczerze, że okres masy jest o wiele trudniejszy 🥵 z dwóch powodów. Ale o tym w jutrzejszym poście ;) Dzisiaj wspomnę tylko, że to zdjęcie jest zestawieniem redukcja kontra masa. A dokładnie, po lewej 3 dni przed startem na MŚ a po prawej zdjęcie z dziś, końcówka masy. Jak myślicie ile kg różnicy ? A maioria das pessoas se preocupam muito com o peso... Mais será que peso é tão importante assim?. . Inicialmente devemos entender que tudo tem peso a diferença é o volume. . Se você ganhar um 1kg de músculo você ganha um volume pequeno similar ao chumbo. . Se você ganhar 1 kg de gordura você ganha um volume grande similar ao algodão. . Isso acontece por causa da densidade. . Portanto a balança não é o melhor indivativo. . Se você ganha 1kg de massa muscular e perde 1kg de gordura nada muda na balança porém a composição corpora muda e o espelho agradece. . Com certeza a minha filha mais quieta e séria de todas. Treina comigo a mais de 5 anos. Discreta e com muito disciplina vem para o ginásio apenas para fazer o que tem que ser feito. Mastering our language gives us a great degree of mastery over our lives and our destinies. It’s important to use language in the best way in order to improve your quality of life. Even the smallest of words can have the deepest effect on our subconscious mind. . Words such as… . Try. “I’ll try to do that”. You know that they are not going to be putting their whole heart into it. They may not even do it at all. Eliminate the word try from your dictionary and see how your life improves. . Can’t. This word dis-empowers us. It makes us feel weak and helpless, and damages our self-esteem. Instead of saying you can’t, why not say something like “I choose” or “I choose not to”. . Using words like this allows you to take back your power and to be in control of your life. Mastering your language gives you the power to live whatever life you desire. . How to get the most out of your workout in less time 👇🏼 - We all have 24 hours in a day but those 24 hours can go by real quick when you have a lot to get done! - You got all this work to get done plus errands or to do’s and then you have to add in cooking and working out on top of that! - How do you find the time?! - I’m all about spending less time in the gym and kitchen. - Shorter workouts and quick recipes 💯 - This is exactly what I teach my clients. - You shouldn’t have to spend 2 hours in the gym and 1 hour in the kitchen to reach your goals. - So how do you get the most out of your workout in less time? - Mind - Muscle connection 💯 - When you focus on the exercise and muscle that you’re trying to work on, you’re using a lot more energy than if you were to just go through the motion. - Take a simple squat for example. - Most people just go through a squat and get as many reps as possible thinking that’ll burn more calories or gain more muscle. - But try going through a squat flexing your glutes, abs and upper back as hard and slow as you can. - It’ll be much harder because you’re focusing on the muscle groups that you’re trying to work plus going through the actual movement. - Intentionally flex as hard as you can, and go through the movement very slowly focusing on flexing through that movement. - You’ll be able to feel that muscle firing a lot more than just going through the movement. - Try it out and let me know how it goes! - Use the same weight and see how many reps you can get.
