Over the weekend I dropped a barbell on my toe (10/10 would recommend wearing shoes in the gym, I’ve learned my lesson 😬🙈) Thankfully my toe is just badly bruised and sore, but I’m still taking it easy and low-impact with pool workouts just to be on the safe side! Did a 30 min pool workout today with 1300 meters using legs and arms and another 650 meters (not tracked) using just my legs 😬my whole body hasn’t been this tired in a while 😴

So a little late is posting this! I woke up this morning feeling much better then yesterday. While my legs are still sore, it isn’t as bad as yesterday and seems to be more the left then the right, which I am thinking is more compensation fatigue as the left is taking more of the force in moves then the right. We shall see how the day goes! I did debate for awhile about getting my workout in, but I was like get your ass moving, you have 20 minutes and you will feel frekkin fantastic when you are done! So, 20 minutes later and I am tired, sore, but I feel great! I improved on 2 of my 3 transformers while the other stayed exactly the same. Woot, for progress! I might try and get in a walk after I get the kiddos from school, but we shall see, I don’t need to over do anything.
