Half way through March and I have to say, it has been a rough month. But I am still aiming to practice everyday and I am refusing to beat myself up if I miss a day or two. I think that is what I love most about yoga, the mat is always there waiting for you with open arms and no judgement!

It took a lot longer to get started today. But I got my week all planned out, started spring cleaning and a few other things. Will be switching my week around for a couple of the workouts as I will be away and will not have my weights with me. So today was Burn as well as the bonus 20 Minutes Abs that was supposed to be after tomorrow’s workout. I was crazy to try that, but I am pretty sure I can feel my abs, 😂

All part of preparing the body for her 'personalised' training programme. . Rowing machine is an activity that effectively elevates your heart rate and provides an overall aerobic workout. When you come off the machine you should be breathing heavy. Let's talk about mindset today. I'm not even going to lie. Life has been crazy. Throwing all kinds of things at us lately. I slowly started ditching my gratitude work, personal development and increased the screen time researching things, working more and yes, escaping too. I realized this weekend I was in a funk and I needed to get back to basics. I got into bed early, pulled out my journal, practiced gratitude and read some personal development. And guess what, I feel more equipped to handle life. We all inevitably have times where we feel like life is beating us up. That's not the problem. The problem is how you respond to it. With practice, you will respond better each time. The biggest tip is to just keep moving forward and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Know in your bones that things will get better. What do you do when you're feeling overwhelmed?
