This version of their almond milk reminds me a little of brown sugar milk tea idk why (both colour and a little bit of its flavour I guess). It's pretty good on its own but I'm feeling chocolate 😃 and I haven't got the chance to see the Belgian chocolate version in any stores yet. And P/s: One thing about making your own drink at home is that you will then realize how much of sugar is in the drinks you purchase outside 😂

Keto Cashew Chicken Super simple, even more delicious! Ingredients: •chicken breast sliced into thin strips or cubes •1 red bell pepper julienned •1 green bell pepper julienned •1/2 white onion sliced •1/2 cup cashews (soaked for an hour) or raw, I prefer raw •1/2 tsp ground ginger •cilantro (for garnish; optional) •white and black sesame seeds (optional) Sauce: (mix well) • 2 tbsp coconut oil for cooking • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1 1/2 tbsp liquid aminos • 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Recipe: • Heat a pan over low heat and toast the cashews for 8 minutes or until they start to lightly brown and become fragrant. Remove and set aside. • Dice chicken breast into 1 inch chunks or thin strips. Cut onion and pepper into equally large strips. • Increase heat to high and add coconut oil to pan. • Once oil is up to temperature, add in the chicken thighs and allow them to cook through(about 5 minutes). • Once the chicken is fully cooked. Add in the pepper, onions, garlic, chili garlic sauce and seasonings(ginger, salt, pepper). Allow to cook on high for 2-3 minutes. • Add liquid aminos, rice wine vinegar, and cashews. Cook on high and allow the liquid to reduce down until it is a sticky consistency, There should not be excess liquid in the pan upon completing cooking. • Serve in a bowl, top with sesame seeds and drizzle with sesame oil. Enjoy! Sauce: 3-4 cloves garlic 1/4-1/2 cup water 2-3 tbsp blackstrap molasses (unsulfured) 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt to taste . Add diced onion to pan with garlic until onions are translucent.
