Chickpea and flax wrap again, but this time I added an egg and it did wonders for the texture! Um.... I'm gonna have to work on my portions. I made 1 LARGE wrap and 1 regular sized wrap. I think I could make 3 normal sized wraps with this batter. 🌯🌯🌯 60 g Chickpea flour 1 tsp Flaxseed meal 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 large egg Salt 1/2 cup Water ***chickpea flour is very absorbent, so if needed, add little more water until it make a thin pancake batter consistency 1. Mix all in one bowl. 2. Pour batter on pan on medium-low heat. 3.Cook until you see the edges are cooked and centre almost all cooked. 4. Carefully flip and cook for only a minute more. 5. "... but the consistency is a bit thicker because of the frozen fruit...and so each mouth becomes like a refreshing cold burst of flavours 😋😋😋 .................................................................................. A brightly coloured, refreshing and totally nutritious bowl made creamy from Banana and tropical from papaya, pineapple, and mango...added value from spinach, and blended with nut milk. Topped with fresh berries, desicated coconut, and seeds. Definitely going to experiment with more recipes for my weekend healthy plant based breakfast treats.
