Making progress this week! Two PRs and I was able to RX the WODs two days in a row! Tuesday was 5 rounds of 21 cals on the rower & 15 hang snatches at 55lbs. I was the last to finish but finished under the time cap. Tonight was a 20 min AMRAP of 5 DB power cleans at 35lbs/7 pushups/9 cals on the bike/12 WBs at 14 lbs. I only got 5+ rounds in but 35lb dumbells have been a struggle and I haven't used heavier than a 12lb wallball in a very long time.
