Felt SO good to be back at my gym with my gym family!! Being a mom can be hard. It can also be super difficult to carve out “me” time, but this has come to be something I’ve discovered I do need. Starting my mornings this way gives me a boost of energy and makes me feel better about the day ahead. Noticed last week my 10 pound weights seemed light, and now I'm back to pushing myself with these 15's!! *Remember it doesn't have to be a big jump in weight it just needs to be enough to push yourself and to keep progressing. Something as simple as walking 15 more mins ,than you did the previous day, means you're progressing and you should be proud of that.
