I’m no where near a pro at this sport but I will offer some advice to anyone looking to join a #CrossFit gym or a functional fitness facility....pay attention to your form from day 1. Don’t think you have to go heavy just because the big dogs are. Im almost 3 years in and I’m focusing more on form now than weight. I can squat clean 220 lbs but now that I’m trying to squat correctly...anything heavier than 155 is a struggle. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it. . . . So today I ended up burning 1,600 calories which is quite a lot. My @myzonemoves belt shows the intensity of the two workouts. . Every 5 minutes for 5 rounds 30 Air Squats 20 Calorie Row 7 Power Snatch Finished with a total time of 16:56. . . The I turned it up a notch and completed the #wodapalooza #wzatc #workout. Made the mistake though and did yesterday’s rather than today . . . 25 minute AMRAP 50 Double Unders (majority singles for me) 30 Ball Slams 400 Meter Farmers Carry Completed 4 rounds and some change. . . .
