When we #createspacetocenter we gain freedom to breathe and allow ourselves to BE. This journey to our center is not linear. Instead I like to think of how the clouds shift across a beautiful blue sky. The element space allow us to expand out of the small stresses and challenges and see the bigger picture. When we are in nature, there is a lot of space. This week I invite you to get outside for a walk, a hike or an outdoor yoga practice. Kako uraditi polozaj mosta ( urdhva dhanurasana) ? Mnogi zele da urade ovaj polozaj koji ima brojne koristi za nase telo kao sto su: jacanje ruku, rucnih zglobova, nogu, sedalnih misica, stomaka i kicme. Pored toga ovaj polozaj povecava energiju i umanjuje depresiju 😱. Terapeutski deluje kod astne, bola u ledjima, neplodnosti. Kako bismo uradili polozaj , neophodno je da se zagrejemo, u videu koji sledi prikazane su pripremne asane ( polozaji) , ali bi trebalo zagrejati ledja i vezbama sa stomaka, kao sto su razne varijante skakavca ( shalabhasane).
