You are not being REJECTED, you are being REDIRECTED. In an all inclusive Universe, there is no such thing as exclusion. . If something doesn't go our way it means we would not have benefited from it in the first place. . I was rejected from two jobs, but to be honest, I was not happy at both places. It wasn't "speaking to my soul". . It hurt, to be rejected. Our spine need a constant state of โ€˜stress and reliefโ€™, needs nourishment, rest but also the right amount of โ€˜stressโ€™ in a sense in form of active movements to maintain its strength and function. In the case of Scoliosis, not getting into too much of the cause and such. Here Iโ€™d like to share on Due to weak ligaments, the spine is unable to keep the vertebrae and disc in a healthy strong position. With that, nourishment from good nutrition, good amount of vitamin D and healthy hormones (parathyroid hormones especially) helps to strengthen the ligament and the entire spine. The best approach of โ€œexerciseโ€ for scoliosis patient in order to feel and manage better is practicing Yin Yoga as this static exercise can correct posture, therapeutic for the uneven stressed part of the spine and strengthening the ligament. It was a inspirational conversation with @terukinakano and @yokonakano_md_ryt. They told us how they were trapped on the shinkensen for a whole day after the Fukushima earthquake, and then went back to help the injured survivors. This changed the course of their lives and made it their mission to help others. Use your best judgement as to whether your child should be around a real flame - a color changing LED tea light or pillar candle is just as effective. Benefit Calm Focus What to do 1.
