Ο 2ος σκύλος 🐾 . Ο πιο συνηθισμένος λόγος που παίρνουν 2ο σκύλο οι άνθρωποι είναι για να έχει ο πρώτος έναν φίλο, μια παρέα. . Τα κορίτσια μου είναι πλέον "ξεκάθαρα" φίλες κι αυτό όχι επειδή ήθελα η Layla να κάνει παρέα στην Μοkka. . Το να πάρεις έναν σκύλο για να κάνει παρέα σε έναν άλλο, να του κρατάει συντροφιά, να μην βαριέται είναι το λιγότερο ΠΑΡΆΛΟΓΟ! 😤 Στα δικά μου αυτιά ηχεί κάπως έτσι: "Έλα να κάνουμε ένα 2ο παιδί επειδή δεν έχω & δεν μπορώ να αφιερώσω πολύ χρόνο για το πρώτο που κάναμε,οπότε να κάνουμε ένα ακόμη για να κάνει την "δουλειά" του γονέα,που δεν αναλαμβάνω."🤯 Έχετε γνωρίσει κανένα που συνειδητά να παίρνει τέτοιου είδους απόφαση?Να κάνει 2ο παιδί για να κάνει παρέα στο πρώτο ή να μεγαλώσει το ένα το άλλο? Δεν νομίζω!Παρόλα αυτά με τους σκύλους το κάνουμε!Γιατί❓ Δεν γίνεται να πάρεις ένα σκύλο για να φτιάξεις του τωρινού σου την συμπεριφορά ή τα προβλήματα που εμφανίζει στην καθημερινότητα σας (ζημιές,γαβγισματα,πολύ ενέργεια, πολλές ώρες μόνο του).Δεν γίνεται. Αυτό είναι δική σου δουλειά❗❗ Δεν μπορεί να θες έναν δεύτερο για να κρατά ο ένας τον άλλο απασχολημένο, συγκεντρωμένο,να έχει κίνητρα και να του αναθέτει δουλειές, υποχρεώσεις κλπ. Είναι δική σου δουλειά !!! Αν θες 2ο σκύλο κάντο σωστά. Σκέψου για ποιο λόγο τον θες.Πρόσεξε αν ο πρώτος έχει προβλήματα συμπεριφοράς και φρόντισε να τα λύσεις πρωτού βάλεις περισσότερο χάος μέσα στο σπίτι σου.Αν δεν δίνεις την κατάλληλη 1️⃣Προσοχή, 2️⃣Εκπαίδευση και 3️⃣Κίνητρα που χρειάζεται ο σκύλος σαν Ον το να πάρεις 2ο σκύλο ίσως είναι η πιο άσχετη και λανθασμένη απόφαση που θα έχεις πάρει. Εγώ φρόντισα να βάλω 2ο σκύλο στο σπίτι μου όταν με την Μοκκαρα φτάσαμε στο μάξιμουμ της επικοινωνίας μας (αν και πάει κι άλλο) όταν η εκπαίδευση της ήταν άψογη και δεν υπήρχε κανένα μα κανένα πρόβλημα μεταξύ μας, στο σπίτι ή έξω. ΤΌΤΕ ήρθε η μικρή Layla. Έκτοτε φροντίζω να είμαι δίκαιος και σωστός απέναντι και στους δύο σκύλους. Εγώ κάνω το training , εγώ τους εκτονωνω (ξεχωριστά) , εγώ φροντίζω να έχουν κίνητρα & θέληση για να με ακούν και να ζουν όλο και πιο χαρούμενα, εγώ παίζω μαζί τους συνέχεια, όχι η Μokka. #yourTrainer . #dogs #pets #seconddog #myopinion #trust #respect #love #train #dogtraining

If you're getting ready to shed some body fat, a full body workout is a great choice to start with. ⠀ Please remember to ❤️ if you find my content useful. ⠀ 5 exercises for you to add into your full body workout: ⠀ ✅Assisted Chin Ups ✅Assisted Dips ✅Banded Side Steps ✅Straight Leg Abduction ✅Straight Leg Adduction ⠀ I would combine these exercises into compound workout with Bench Press, Barbell Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift etc. ⠀ Reasons why women should not train like men: ⠀ 1️⃣Women are more resistant to fatigue than men, because we have proportionally larger type l fibres than men. (The type l or slow-twitch muscle fibers are more efficient at using oxygen to generate more fuel for continuous, extended muscle contractions over a long time). Because we have more slow-twitch muscles, we should train our type I fibers more than men to grow to our full potential. This can be done by performing more reps per set. ⠀ 2️⃣Women respond better to steady state cardio than HIIT. ⠀ 3️⃣Women don’t need as much rest as men to complete the same relative training volume. ⠀ 4️⃣Women can train with a greater training frequency. We not only recover faster after a set, we also recover faster after a workout! since we have better nutrient delivery to our muscles, we don’t suffer as much muscle damage and repair our muscles faster. ⠀ Ladies, let’s use it to our advantage!

My next challenge group is starting in a few weeks and let me tell you how much having this group helps me get out of my own head. . This week I had a constant battle with myself and that mean girl...she was something fierce this week. . You're too fat... . You're weight isn't changing... . You're not making progress so why are you even doing this stuff... . The list goes on but you get the point....fighting my inner mean girl is hard work! But, I am determined to SHUT her down. She will not win this time. Her track record is long but that doesn't mean it has to stay that way. . Today was the Shaun-a-Thon workout and the whole time I just kept reminding myself of the progress I have made with my push ups and the extra strength I have gained because I showed up everyday for my group. My group of amazing humans, who might have signed up so I can help them, are the ones in the end who are helping me fight those crazy battles. I have bad days too.... .
