OH HEYY IT’S AB DAY!! That’s right, it’s time to talk about abs 😉 these are THREE ab moves for you that you can do with or without weights. Today I chose only 5lb weights because my arms are still sore from a workout the other day 🙈😋 typically I go to workout classes, the beach, or simply use my own body weight as resistance but I think it’s so important to change it up, push yourself, and get stronger — YOU’RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK 🌟 These moves not only target all the parts of your abs, but also will give your BOOTY a lift, work your stabilizer muscles, your arms, ANNNNND basically everything in between. Even though we are targeting the abs, I like to do moves that incorporate the major muscle groups of the entire body 💪try to complete 3 sets with 15 reps! 1️⃣ crunch in with leg to target the lower abs while curling weights in to chest to work your biceps and kick back lifting the booty, extending the arms down 2️⃣ extend same-side leg and arm then crunch in to work the obliques (who doesn’t love defined and smooth side abs?!) exhale each extension and inhale with each crunch 3️⃣ squat down lowww at a 45 degree angle, knees day behind the toes to protect knee joints, and use weights to lift to opposite side — the more exaggerated you twist, the more you will engage your core and get into the obliques • • • • #obliques #obliqueworkout #trainwithme #yourtrainer #absworkout #absday #letsgetit #summerabs #fullbodyworkout #fullbodytoning #strongwomen #yougotthis #getyourmindright #doitforyou #bootyfordays #armsworkout #strongbody #fitnessmotivation #fitnotskinny #inspireyourself #beyourmotivation #fitnessmotivation #timetoworkout #seeyouatthegym

Ο κάθε σκύλος -για μένα- έχει ένα σκοπό ζωής κοινό με τον άνθρωπο🌍 🎯Για τον σκύλο κάποιες φορές αυτός ο σκοπός λέγεται να μου κάνει παρέα άλλες να με προστατεύει άλλες και τα δύο μαζί (pet dogs, protection dogs, security dogs). 🎯Κάποιες άλλες για να βοηθήσει έναν άνθρωπο ο οποίος χρειάζεται βοήθεια είτε νοητική είτε σωματική είτε υγείας γενικότερα (service dogs, therapy dogs, guide dogs). 🎯Και υπάρχουν και σκύλοι οι οποίοι πηγαίνουν στον στρατό, στην αστυνομία, για ιχνηλασία, ναυαγοσώστες, για πρωταθλητισμό και που 'σαι ακόμα... . Όταν έχεις τον σκύλο από μικρό (-κουταβι) και ΓΝΩΡΙΖΕΙΣ για ποιο λόγο τον μεγαλώνεις και θες να μεγαλώσει μαζί σου ... Όταν γνωρίζεις τον σκοπό. Τότε δεν θες να κάνεις λάθη. Ίσως κάνεις όμως σίγουρα θα μάθεις από αυτά γιατί προσέχεις και δεν θες να τα ξανακάνεις (μάλλον) ... Θα ψάξεις, θα διαβάσεις, θα ρωτήσεις ανθρώπους που ξέρουν. Είσαι μαθητής, είσαι παρατηρητής είσαι και δάσκαλος του σκύλου σου. Τότε θα δεις ότι είναι πιο ωραίο από ότι το χεις στο μυαλό σου, μία "εκπαίδευση σκύλου". #Yourtrainer

They’re the hardest thing on your spine and who wants or needs bruises on your spine when there’s a MILLION other great core exercises out there!! Our spines have a natural flexion/curvature to it, so when we put force against that natural path it can cause pain along the spine that is quite uncomfortable and completely unnecessary! . Here’s three BETTER options: (You can do these with or without a BOSU Ball.) 1. BOSU Single Leg Crunch 3x8 each 2. BOSU Mountain Climbers 3x24 3.
