Try to make a difference! This morning was one of those mornings that I woke up, felt refreshed and was simply determined to make my crew have an awesome class. I felt their energy, I think they felt mine and we all went to work. They pushed hard, finished the workout and left with a smile on their face. These are the mornings I love and feel that I can make a difference in how persons day will go. Wake up, workout and make it awesome. But whatever you do today try to make a difference in not only your life, but someone else's as well. Pay it forward! #Fitfam #Bootcampworkout
4.2 miles on the struggle bus, but hey...a mile is a mile.

Another 13.1 in the books. The fact is I am a runner that does not like #running. I don't have an obsession with running, but I do have an obsession with wanting more out of life. Running takes me to new places that I normally might not visit and introduces me to new people along the way. It also helps me be healthier, potentially live a longer life and creates new opportunities for me along the way. This is why I run. #running #runhappy #runoakisland
My new favorite pair of socks! Sometimes I need to remind myself that it is ok to walk away from negative things and take charge of my happiness. Stay true, stay loyal to yourself. #behappy
I am looking forward to this week's sessions with me crew. It is the final week of our first sux week session as well as the final week before our 13.1 at Oak Island, NC.
Today me and the crew got to do a once in a lifetime run. The new bridge over the Oregon Inlet in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore was open to pedestrian traffic for a few short hours. 2.8 miles each way in 30 degree temperatures and 30 mph wind. Holy cold! But it was worth it! #OBX #running #runhappy #run #outerbanksbootcamps #obxfitcations
